The onboarding specialist will coordinate all aspects of the onboarding process from paperwork and compliance to orientation and training. The Responsibilities:
- Greet applicants when they enter the office
- Answer phone calls and document information in our systems
- Assist with onboarding process for new hires, including new hire paperwork and orientation
- Schedule and coordinate screenings, run background checks, and administer drug screens
- Travel to client site to provide support, feedback, disciplinary action and mentoring
The Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate in a professional manner
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi task
- Advanced computer skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
