Malvern Day Camp (MDC) Camp Assistant Counselor is responsible for the assistance to the Head Counselor in the supervision of the campers, promoting and actively participating in all camp activities, providing a safe and fun learning environment, and serving as a positive role model for summer campers. The Assistant Counselor reports to the Head Counselor with the group.
The hours of this full-time, seasonal position are from 8:30am-4:30pm*, Monday through Friday. Malvern Day Camp runs from mid June to mid August 2023. There will be mandatory training dates before camp begins.
*Opportunities exist for additional compensation to work extended day program before or after regular camp hours.

Assistant Counselors are employed in the following camps:
*Mini Camp 5-8 year olds
*Junior Camp: 7-9 year olds
*Senior Camp: 10-12 year olds
