OPPORTUNITY
The General Counsel is responsible for overseeing Mammoth’s growing legal team. As the top in-house legal executive, the General Counsel will be a key member of the executive team and will act as senior legal advisor to the Chief Executive Officer, senior management team, board of directors, and business leaders of the Company. The successful candidate will have demonstrated in-depth experience advising and counseling on legal, compliance, public policy, and business- and strategy-related matters. The successful candidate will understand the complexities of the heavily-regulated and competitive biotechnology sector (including collaborations, strategic transactions, product development, and health care regulation and risk management), and have expertise in key areas, such as federal securities laws, corporate governance, board matters, intellectual property, and litigation.
