This is for AMS Project in support phase, want someone who experienced in support knowledge.
Should also have technical knowledge

Develop and maintain GL processes, procedures, reports, upgrades and patches
Knows about audit process, performance tuning, connect with client for reports and queries
Has worked on backup and recoveries, should have worked on test plans and test scripts
