Key Responsibilities: As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the complete lifecycle of major projects, ensuring safety, compliance, and successful project delivery. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing all project phases, from development and permitting to construction, commissioning, and transition to operation.
- Leading the execution of the Main Condenser replacement project, including structural reinforcement, demolition, and installation of replacement components.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, contractors, and suppliers to achieve project goals.
- Developing and managing project budgets, schedules, and contracts.
- Ensuring adherence to safety protocols, environmental compliance, and industry best practices.
- Providing regular project updates to leadership and stakeholders.
- 10 years of Project Management experience in the Nuclear Industry.
- Experience with major projects ($100M ), preferably involving heat exchanger/main condenser replacements.
- Formal Project Management training and PMP certification (preferred).
- Familiarity with Primavera Scheduling Software and SAP System.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to lead and collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred).
- Typically 4-10 hour days (Monday to Thursday), with potential for extended hours during outage periods.
- Overtime available on an as-needed basis during non-outage periods.
- Per diem offered for non-local candidates: $100/day - $700/week.
