MS manages its own luxury Class A and B multifamily apartments with extraordinary interior and community amenities. We presently manage about 13,500 Class A units within 36 properties. - Lift and carry 20 lb up stairs
- Operate cleaning equipment
- Operate an electric golf cart
- Use chemicals according to labeling safety
- Clean on-site building facilities, vacant and occupied apartments
- Bilingual (any language) a plus
- Understand company policies
