Manahawkin Health and Rehabilitation Center has an exciting opportunity for a driven leader to join our growing team as a Nurse Unit Manager in Manahawkin, NJ. This position will work alongside a phenomenal Director of Nursing (DON) in leading the clinical team to success and providing outstanding care to our residents.

As the Unit Manager, you have the ability to positively impact the lives and overall health of the residents by overseeing the day to day patient care, supervising, directing and developing the nursing staff and working with the Director of Nursing to ensure quality patient care within the facility. Plus we are offering a $10,000 sign on bonus which is paid out bi-weekly over the first year!!!!

This position is full-time with the hours being 7a-3p. Some weekends may be needed based on facility needs.

Requirements:

  • Active NJ nursing license
  • 2 Years of nursing experience in a long term care facility
  • Previous nurse supervisor or management experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to lead a growing team
