Preschool Director and Teacher

Overview:

Manatee Therapy Center Academy is seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of young children and providing them with a strong foundation for their educational journey. This is an opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and contribute to their growth and development.

Duties:

- Plan, develop, and implement age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans

- Create a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes learning and exploration

- Provide individualized attention and support to each child

- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through engaging activities

- Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians

- Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to create a cohesive learning environment

- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment

- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress

Qualifications:

- Associate in Early Childhood Education or related field (required)

- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children (preferred)

- Knowledge of education administration principles

- Ability to educate and engage young children

- Strong strategic planning skills

- Leadership abilities to effectively manage a classroom
