Mancan Staffing Temporary Employment Agency is currently looking for a Lead Dental Assistant (General Dentistry Practice)
Responsibilities
Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
Direct Dental Assistants - coordinate and delegate daily tasks and responsibilities
Partner with the Office Manager and Doctors to train and onboard Dental Assistants
Take dental radiographs (x-rays)
Set up and breakdown operatory room post treatment
Manage infection control - prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
Provide patients with instructions for oral care following all dental treatment procedures
Educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain oral health
Perform various office tasks as necessary
Minimum Education and Experience
Dental Assistant Certificate where state regulations specify
Minimum 2-5 years of job-related experience preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent
