Mancan Staffing has jobs in Minerva OH! We are hiring for an Electrical helper. Primary job responsibilities include enduring that plant equipment and processes are maintained and improved to provide efficient, safe, and reliable operation; communicating the status of repairs to department supervisors; always using safe work practices. This is a career opportunity with room for growth. Great benefits offered after you complete a probationary period, includes medical benefits after 60 days and 401K plan after four months.
Pay will start at $18 Opening available on first (7am-3:30pm Monday through Friday)
Requirements:
• Must be able to handle the smell of diesel fuel.
• Basic electrical skills are required. Experience with 3-phase 480-volt industrial systems, PLC devices and programming, and Ethernet based control systems is a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 50-60lbs-not repetitively.
• Based on the interviews, the most senior candidate with the knowledge, ability, and experience required to assume and perform the job may be selected. The shop runs on first and second shift with overtime options. (7a-3:30p/3:30p-12a)
