Finishing and Packaging

Interested in manufacturing work but don’t have any experience? Mancan is working with a local company looking for General Laborers to add to their team in Killbuck. They are willing to train! These are full-time, temp-to-perm positions on 1st shift!

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our Finishing and Packaging team. As a member of this team, you will play a vital role in the final stages of production, ensuring that our products meet quality standards and are efficiently prepared for shipping.

Job Duties:

- Work in the finishing department to perform various tasks related to preparing products for packaging.

- Accurately trim rubber parts to achieve the desired specifications.

- Conduct quality control checks to ensure that products meet our quality standards.

- Carefully pack finished products into appropriate packaging materials, ensuring proper organization and protection.

- Handle shipping labels and ensure that they are correctly applied to the packages.

- Work in a hot and wet environment as part of the finishing and packaging process.

- Be physically capable of lifting objects weighing up to 25lbs.

- Ability to stand for extended periods during the work shift.

- Demonstrate good attendance as it is essential for the efficiency of our operations.

- Be flexible and ready to undertake other assigned tasks to support the finishing and packaging process.

- Must be able to pass a drug screen.

Pay is $16 per hour. Hours are 6 am - 4 pm Monday-Friday with Saturdays as needed.

• After 60 days we offer health, dental, and vision insurance: company pays 80%
• After 60 days, 401K offered with company matching up to 4%.
• After 60 days eligible for company holidays, 10 paid a year.
• After 1 year service 1 week paid vacation and after 2 years of service then 2 weeks paid vacation.
