General Laborer
Mancan Staffing is a dynamic and reputable staffing agency with a strong presence in the Washington, PA area. We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as General Laborers for a local fabrication shop.
Position Overview :
As a General Laborer, you will play a crucial role in the fabrication process. Your primary responsibilities will include packaging large cabinets and constructing skids to support the cabinets.
This role demands physicality, including bending, kneeling, and occasional lifting.
Key Responsibilities :
Package and prepare large cabinets for shipment
Construct skids to securely hold cabinets
Operate a pemming machine to connect metal materials
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications :
No prior experience required, but manufacturing experience is a valuable asset
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including bending, kneeling, and lifting
Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality workmanship
Punctuality and reliability in meeting assigned work schedules
Team player with excellent communication skills
Schedule :
Monday to Friday, 7 : 00 am - 3 : 00 pm
Employment Type : Temp-to-hire, full-time position
Compensation : $ per hour
