Duties and Responsibilities:
- Channel your inner superhero powers as you prepare apartments for new renters, ensuring every nook and cranny is squeaky clean and ready for a fresh start.
- Transform the outside world into a wondrous oasis by maintaining the grounds to pristine perfection, highlighting nature's beauty at every turn.
- Rescue common areas from chaos and disarray, ensuring they remain cozy and inviting to all our residents.
- Deploy your exceptional maintenance skills to fix minor repairs and keep everything in tip-top shape, ensuring our renters never encounter a troublesome situation.
- Engage in friendly interactions with residents, becoming a true ambassador of our community and always ready to lend a helping hand.
- Safeguard the maintenance supplies
Have all of your summer evenings free with this 8:00-5:00 Monday - Friday position.
