Mancan is hiring a Logistics Planner for a reputable company in Uhrichsville!
The idefinite position will play a pivotal role in supporting both the Supply Chain and Logistics teams by overseeing various functions. The scope of responsibilities is comprehensive and includes, but is not limited to:
Thoroughly reviewing order indexes.
Accurately entering order indexes into the system.
Conducting meticulous data entry for all processes within the systems.
Preparing materials in the system for shipment.
Compiling and organizing documentation essential for shipments.
Maintaining effective communication with PSI to address pending and ongoing orders.
Coordinating the tracking and shipping process with both PSI and the end customers.
Providing valuable assistance for weekend shipments to Commercial or Divisional customers.
This role will be actively immersed in plant processes and intricate systems, all of which are accompanied by detailed work instructions that outline the necessary responsibilities.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (with an occasional presence every 3rd Saturday) from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
