Maintenance Supervisor
Job Posting for Maintenance Supervisor at Mancan
Parkersburg Mancan has partnered up with a larger local apartment complex and is now looking to hire a Maintenance supervisor. Must be qualified and skilled for this position.
Hours will be Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm. Pay is $23/hr and is based on experience. Could be higher based on experience!
Job Duties:
-Dry wall repairs
-Painting
-Plumbing
-Electrical
-HVAC
-Repairs
-Maintenance
Job Requirements:
-Must have valid drivers license
-Must have reliable transportation
-Knowledge of drywall, basic plumbing, basic electrical required
-Must be able to pass a background check
-Must be reliable with great work ethic
