Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm Some overtime will be required

Responsibilities:
As a Printing Press Operator at our esteemed local partner, you'll play a pivotal role in our production process, expertly setting up and operating printing presses. Your key duties include:

Press Setup and Operation: Skillfully configure and operate printing presses to precise job specifications and uphold stringent quality standards.

Material Handling: Safely lift and load printing materials weighing up to 55lbs onto the press, ensuring accurate alignment and configuration.

Quality Control: Maintain vigilant oversight of print quality throughout production, promptly adjusting as needed to maintain superior standards.

Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on printing presses to optimize performance and minimize operational disruptions.

Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve printing press issues, collaborating with maintenance teams for swift resolution.

Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and guidelines, prioritizing a secure working environment for all.

Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment by working closely with team members to meet production targets and ensure seamless workflow.

Qualifications:

• Mechanical Experience: Proficient in using hand tools for printer maintenance.
• Experience: Demonstrated track record as a Printing Press Operator or similar role in printing or manufacturing.
• Technical Skills: Competent in setting up and operating printing presses, with adept troubleshooting abilities.
• Physical Fitness: Capable of safely lifting and handling materials weighing up to 55lbs.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and dedication to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Team Player: Strong ability to collaborate effectively within a team to achieve common goals.
• Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Safety Consciousness: Committed to upholding a safe and secure work environment.
• Must pass an oral stat drug test and background check.
