What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sprayer position at Mancan?

They are looking for a Sprayer for 1ST shift, this will be a temp to hire position for the right candidate based on attitude, performance and attendance.
Duties:
-perform secondary operations such as spray coating, adhesive applications, and any other operations related to secondary operations
-document, log and record information on daily work activities
-mix adhesive and/or apply coating materials as documented in work instructions
-apply critical criteria for application of adhesive
-must be capable of using measuring devices
-read and follow work instructions as to standard operating and quality procedures
-assist with relieving press operators or other qualified production personnel for breaks as directed
-operate molding presses when secondary requirements moderate from higher peak periods
-retrieve skis, carton or containers when needed, fold, tap or staple boxes; follow packaging instructions for quantity of parts, type of containers, labelling, etc.
-place conforming product into appropriate containers for next operations in the production process
-has the authority to stop the process if a safety or quality issue arise in order to inform the supervisor to make a decision
-observe all safety and health rules prescribed by the company; insure lunchroom, and work areas are maintained in neat and orderly condition
Pay is $BOE/PH.
Schedule: Monday through Friday with overtime as needed.

Pay will be $17/HR with $1 shift premium.

-$17.50 Target 3 months
-$17.75 Target 6 months
-$18.00 Target at one year
-$1.00 per hours shift premium for second and third shifts
-Opportunity to earn up to $19.00 base rate with $1 per hour shift premium
-Incentive program offering opportunity to earn more than base rate
-Performance bonus
-Vacation plan – 3 days after 6 months, 1 week after 1 year, 2 weeks after 2 years, plus 2 option days
-Prescription card – available after 90 days
-Life insurance – available after 90 days
-Medical and dental – available after 90 days. Employee cost is $26.00 per week for single, $77.60 per week for employee 1, $107.20 for family. Dental is $2.95 single & $7.39 family.
