PRIMARY PURPOSE: As a Linen Attendant, you will set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Deliver daily inventories to all areas requiring linens, such as: Housekeeping, Public Area, Pool Operations, Spa and Salon Operations, Food & Beverage and Casino request. Transport all tower trash and waste to the main trash dock. Receive daily linen deliveries for Housekeeping, Public Area, Pool Operations, Spa and Salon Operations, Food & Beverage and Casino requests. Responsible for all aspects of the area assignments including all documentation, and completion of daily worksheets: Trash/Linen, Receiving, Food, Beverage, Spa/Salon, Pool, Tower Deliver, etc. Follow the guidelines for rejecting linen and terry consistent with the department program. Use supplies responsibly, not wasting products by participating in sustainability and recycling programs. Provide excellent service consistent with the property's core service standards and brand attributes. Meet the demands of a fast-paced environment by using good judgment and the ability to multi-task. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Ability to push, pull and lift items in excess of multiple times per day. Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms. Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast paced, team-oriented environment Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to company standards. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays. PREFERRED: High school diploma or equivalent Six (6) months of warehouse/stocking or similar experience Six (6) months of previous guest service experience Experience operating an electric walking and ride on pallet jacks. Experience using 2-way radios. Experience in a similar resort setting.
