- Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our products and properties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute marketing plans
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
- Manage digital marketing efforts, including website content, social media presence, and email campaigns
- Utilize performance marketing techniques to optimize campaigns and drive results
- Create and edit marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite or similar software
- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting for marketing initiatives
- Coordinate events, trade shows, open houses and other promotional activities
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing, market research, and campaign management
- Proficient in Social Media, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
