Are you ready to kickstart your career in the oilfield services industry? We're on the hunt for a proactive, safety-conscious individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Maintenance Technician. If you're someone who thrives in a team environment and enjoys the satisfaction of repairing and maintaining equipment, we'd love to hear from you!

Your Role:

As a vital member of our maintenance team, you'll get hands-on with down-hole tools, surface equipment, and various production gear. You'll be assembling, disassembling, and performing maintenance that's crucial to our operations. Think of yourself as the doctor of our equipment, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

What You'll Need:

  • Drive to Learn: A license to drive commercial vehicles is a plus, showing us you're ready to take on responsibilities.
  • Communication is Key: You'll be part of a team, so being able to chat, listen, and cooperate is pretty important.
  • Math Magic: Comfortable with basic arithmetic? That's all the math mojo you'll need.
  • Reading and Writing: Whether it's reading instructions or jotting down notes, basic literacy is a must.
  • Experience: If you've worked in a similar field, especially oilfield services, you're the kind of person we're looking for!

What Makes This Job Special:

  • Safety First: You'll promote and live by our safety and environmental standards because we care about keeping you and the planet healthy.
  • Learning and Growth: This is your gateway into the world of tool tech. Show us what you've got, and we'll help you grow.
  • Team Spirit: Work with a group of people who are just as dedicated and hardworking as you are.
  • Flexible Shifts: Expect to work two weeks on with one week off, with days that balance hard work and time to recharge.

Work Environment:

  • Dress for Success: Safety is non-negotiable, so steel-toed boots, gloves, a hard hat, and safety glasses will be your work wardrobe.
  • Location: Your new office is our workshop, where all the action happens.

Perks of the Job:

  • A focus on safety and environmental consciousness.
  • The chance to be part of quality improvement processes.
  • Opportunities for personal and professional growth in a supportive environment.

Shift Details:

  • Schedule: Two weeks on, one week off. Your days will typically be around 11 hours, giving you plenty of time off to enjoy life outside of work.
