What are the responsibilities and job description for the Software Implementation Specialist position at MangoApps?
MangoApps is looking for an Implementation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for helping our customers onboard and transition their company to our MangoApps Employee Superapp platform. As an Implementation Specialist, you will work closely with our clients to understand their needs, configure the MangoApps platform to meet those needs and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption and usage of the platform.
What you will do:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and configure the MangoApps platform accordingly
- Serve as a primary technical point of contact for the customer, managing customer expectations and ensuring high-level customer satisfaction
- Ensure timely response and resolution to technical and product-related incidents
- Own support escalations and investigate technical issues and coordinate with engineering and product teams to diagnose problems and take corrective actions for customers
- Conduct regular status calls and account reviews in collaboration with Customer Success Managers
- Proactively update customers about product enhancements, and upgrades and ensure necessary action to maintain availability and customer satisfaction
- Drive user-level adoption of the platform throughout customer engagements to help maximize usage
- Conduct live training sessions for customers as needed
- Serve as a technical resource for MangoApps team members
- Develop and maintain documentation related to the implementation process and client-specific configurations
- Assist in the suggestion of new features and improvements to the MangoApps platform based on customer feedback
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Management Information Systems (MIS), or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in configuring and supporting enterprise-level software solutions
- Strong technical skills in web-based applications, SaaS, cloud-based software, and data integration
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to manage multiple, complex, high-priority tasks, and situations across multiple accounts
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
