This position reports to the Director of Finance and sits in the corporate office in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Responsible for preparation of journal entries for prepaid assets, intangible assets, and normal monthly accruals.            
  • Responsible for managing Comdata fuel card usage & updating Comdata portal as required.
  • Responsible for BMO P-card reconciliation and coordination of corrective actions as required.            
  • Responsible for Supplier maintenance: ACH Verifications, master data maintenance, and supplier statement reconciliation as needed.    
  • Responsible for entering all GHG data into the ACCUVIO portal. 

Job Requirements/Working Conditions:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance with a minimum of 1 year accounting experience or a high school diploma with a minimum of  2 years’ experience in general bookkeeping/administrative roles required.                             
  • Must be proficient with MS Office          
  • Normal office environment with occasional travel and periods of overtime required throughout the year. Minimal travel up to 5%.
  • Must be willing to learn and improve processes every month.  Attention to detail and strong verbal and written communication skills.
