Now Hiring: Registered Nurse (RN) Charge Nurse

Responsibilities of a Registered Nurse (RN) Charge Nurse:

• Clinical Leadership: Provide expert clinical guidance to nursing staff, offering support and assistance with complex patient cases, procedures, and assessments.
• Staff Coordination: Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff, ensuring efficient workflow and appropriate assignment of patient care responsibilities. Delegate tasks based on staff competencies, experience, and workload distribution.
• Patient Care Management: Develop, implement, and update individualized patient care plans based on patients' medical needs, preferences, and input from the healthcare team.
• Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for enhancement in patient care processes and outcomes.
• All other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.

Qualifications of an (RN) Charge Nurse:

• Must have an active RN license in the state of Wisconsin.
• Significant nursing experience, including experience in a leadership or charge nurse role
