Finance Manager

We are a Powersports dealer carrying multiple brands including Polaris, Can-am, Seadoo, Ski-doo, ExMark, Wright, Arctic Cat, Manitou, Mercury, and Yamaha. Come work in a fast-paced environment with a great customer base and a team atmosphere. Store hours are Mondays 8:00 am - 7:00 pm, Tuesday - Friday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm, and Saturdays from 8:00 am - 3:00 pm so schedule will vary. Casual work atmosphere.

Our Finance Manager is responsible for assisting the sales team in getting deals closed by preparing closing documents and signing out customers for both cash and finance transactions. Manager is responsible for selling insurance alternatives, warranties and completing bank funding for all contracts. All while providing exceptional customer service to ensure an easy and enjoyable buying experience.

F&I Dealership experience is required. Compensation is commission based and competitive within the Dealership F&I industry.

Responsibilities Include:

• Provide outstanding customer service to generate repeat customers and referrals for the dealership
• Evaluate and submit credit applications for approval
• Communicate with each customer from the initial order through the delivery of the unit
• Sell additional products and services based on customer needs such as warranties and GAP coverage
• Process deposits and refunds to customers
• Finalize paperwork and payments for all cash and finance deals
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with finance lenders
