Today our offerings combine multiple services residential and timeshare mortgage default services, a national bankruptcy practice, staff augmentation and title closings- to clients across the country.
Uncommon Paths to Success
True to MDK’s mission of creating uncommon paths to success for our clients and ourselves, in 2022 we announced a strategic reorganization of our company from a traditional hierarchy to an agile team-based structure. This new structure aligns MDK’s resources to improve client service and enhance work life for Team MDK.
Agile methodology has been adopted by many professional service industries to organize talent in streamlined and nimble ways. At MDK, multiple legal pods provide a consistent and compliant legal product to our clients with standard operating procedures applied across each team.
