- Ability of Make and Serve the various products in the Cafe
- Ability to Generate a Bill for the Service and collect payment across the counter
- To Serve in a 5-6 hour shift with admissible breaks
- Ability to work in alternate shifts, as per the allocated schedule in the beginning of the week
- Good in Communication - Understanding & Spoken English
- Service with a "Smile", "Happy Go and Cheerful" nature
- Keen interests in "Maintaining Hygiene" - Keeping the Workplace Clean at all times
- Team Player
The Cafe has been operating operating for more than two years, as an exclusive Franchisee Cafe for Eight USA Inc. (also known as Matcha Cafe Maiko) for the entire State of North Carolina.
Matcha Cafe Maiko is conveniently located in the main Arboretum Shopping Centre, situated on the crossing of Providence Road / Pineville - Mathews Road.
The popularity and client loyalty has been built up by serving a variety of Matcha Products (Specialty Japanese Tea, Coolers & Soft Serves) in addition to Coffee / Latte products, duly complemented by the Pastries in the Cafe. While we comfortably accommodate a seating of 22 people in the Cafe, we also have an "Online Ordering Tie- Up", through reputed "Third Party Vendors", for Outside Delivery / Curb side Pick ups for our customers.
