Position Summary
The job incumbent plans, manages, coordinates and approves all activities regarding the Tri-Dim Filter Corporation compliance of Quality Systems Management. The activities comprise the areas of production, logistics, health and safety, materials, and supplier quality management.
Main Accountabilities
- Provide input and govern operational quality procedures and policies
- Implement all relevant procedures described in the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure compliance
- Ensure the resource optimization and allocate the labor and capital resources to maximize and achieve quality of manufacturing standards
- Research, evaluate, and approve investments in technology, capital, equipment, systems, or other assets that will enhance the plant’s quality systems
- Facilitates daily, weekly, monthly team meetings to achieve goals and objectives
- § Plans and executes annual projects for cost savings objectives set by govering board
- Define/approve the appropriate procedures and measures for the quality control (CRM, production quality, supplier quality)
- Respond to customer complaints putting in containment actions, full analysis, poka-yokes (error proofing), and implementing short-term and long-term countermeasures
- Develop and implement the local quality assurance strategies and regulations, improve the existing strategies to fit in the plant´s operations
- Evaluate the potential risks, ensure compliance with standards and regulations and provide recommendations
- Ensures compliance to M H production standards and implements where needed
- Facilitates audits and regulatory inspections as required
- Liaise with external vendors, contractors or suppliers to ensure that their products or services meet the M H quality standards
- Assure compliance to processes that support customer delivery performance
- Support operations with supplier quality development planning
- Support controls of production processes according to the customer specifications for all new projects
- Provide inspired leadership and motivation to the entire organization
- Ensure that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed and directed
- Ensure that the personnel is employed in accordance with the production needs and that the employees are assigned to the positions that match their qualifications; identify, facilitate and maintain the personnel training needs and development plan
- Supports team development, cultural development, and performance of high performance teams
- Guide, develop and motivate the direct reports within the HR policy

Job Requirements (Qualifications, Skills, Experience, Competencies)
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or relevant field of technical education
- Min 3 years of management experience relevant work experience in manufacturing industry
- Good technical knowledge of automated and simple equipment
- Good organizational and planning skills, problem-solving
- Leadership, strong interpersonal skills
- MS Office
- Knowledge on handling TS 16949 and ISO 14001 requirements
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
