Internship Overview: Clinical Operations Intern
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Operations Intern to join our team. This internship will provide invaluable hands-on experience in clinical research and offer the opportunity to contribute to important projects aimed at helping people with serious medical conditions live life more humann.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the FDA website ClinicalTrials.gov to ensure compliance and accuracy of trial information.
  • Utilize data mining techniques to extract and analyze study data received from various sources.
  • Conduct site check-ins post-initiation to ensure adherence to protocols and regulations.
  • Perform periodic reviews of the Trial Master File (TMF) to maintain completeness and accuracy.
  • Conduct regulatory website check-ins to stay updated on relevant guidelines and requirements.
  • Facilitate Core Study Team Meetings by creating agendas, taking minutes, and disseminating actionable items.
Qualifications:
  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, data sciences, public health, pharmacy).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Previous experience in clinical research or related field is preferred but not required.

Duration and Compensation:
This is a paid internship.

Pay Range: $19 - $25 per hour
