HVAC Engineer 3

Our client, a commercial property management company, is seeking an HVAC Engineer to join their team. As an HVAC Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and operating facility systems to ensure efficient and safe operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC, mechanical systems, and general handyman skills.

HVAC Engineer

Philadelphia, PA

$30-$35/hour

Responsibilities

• Operating, inspecting, and maintaining all HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment and systems in assigned facilities.
  
• Assure the equipment is maintained efficiently, and safely, and downtime is minimized through proactive repairs and record-keeping.
  
• Perform ongoing preventive and repair work orders on facility systems, equipment, and components.
  
• Maintain compliance with State, County, or City Ordinances, Codes, or Laws and attend periodic training seminars to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

• 3 years of HVAC Skills on commercial properties
  
• Handyman skills - Plumbing, electrical, fit and finish
  
• Universal EPA certification required
