Our client, a leader in autonomous vehicle technology, is seeking multiple Customer Support Specialists to join their Customer Support team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be part of the Customer Support Operations department supporting real-time customer support. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, adaptability, and a positive attitude to ensure a superior level of service for our clients customers.

Job Title: Customer Support Specialist
Location: Foster City, CA
Pay Range: $29.00

What’s the Job?

  • Provide assistance before, during, and after missions through various support channels.
  • Work closely with different teams to provide live assistance to riders and escalate issues for further investigation.
  • Acquire expertise in tools related to RiderOps and utilize them to resolve customer interactions.
  • Support the development of new operational processes and tools by participating in testing and collecting data to address customer needs.
  • Willingness to work various shifts based on rider support needs.


What’s Needed?

  • Background in customer service, retail, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Clear and concise communication in speech and writing, with the ability to interpret customer needs.
  • Proficiency in computer use and problem-solving ability.
  • Proven ability to adapt and drive progress in changing environments, along with a proactive mindset.

Shifts:
Sun - Thurs:
  • Morning: 7:30 AM-4 PM
  • Evening: 3:30 PM - 12 AM

Tues - Sat:
  • Morning: Tues-Thurs, Sat 7:30 AM - 4 PM; Fri 8:30 AM-5 PM
  • Evening: Tues - Fri 3:30 PM-12 AM; Sat 5:30 PM - 2 AM
  • Evening: Tues-Thurs, Sat 3:30 PM-12 AM; Fri 5:30 PM - 2 AM
