Pay rate: $37/hr.

We are looking for a “Technical Supervisor “to join one of our Fortune 500 Multinational Real estate clients.

Education & Qualifications: Technical education

• Knowledge of sewer lines, domestic water tanks, plumbing and boiler operations (oil based), freight operations.
• Building- 100-year-old facility, older building experience a VERY nice to have.
• Individual will be responsible for leading two maintenance techs.
• Will be main POC for understanding facility/building issues and how to maintain, give recommendations to client on way to improve and may maintenance that may be missing in the building.
• Individual will need HVAC, plumbing, and electrical knowledge.
• Leading clients walk through of building/facility-pin point any issues and suggestions on how to solve.
• Strong use of technology: PDA, LAPTOP, PHONE
• Sending out report and viewing data
• Knowledge in reading: Blueprints, Engineering scopes

• Provides formal supervision to individual employees within single functional or operational area.
• Recommends staff recruitment, selection, promotion, advancement, corrective action and termination.
• Plans and monitors appropriate staffing levels and utilization of labor, including overtime. Prepares and delivers performance appraisal for staff.
• Mentors and coaches team members to further develop competencies. Leads by example and models behaviors that are consistent with the company's values.

• Technical education with 5 plus years of supervisory experience
• Knowledge and experience with EHS and regulatory requirements. Knowledge and understanding of CMMS systems (demonstrated knowledge of MS Office and MS Project highly desirable).
• Demonstrated leadership and management experience.

• What is the Lift Requirement? Physical requirements include stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs / ladders and ability to lift / carry heavy loads of less than 50 lbs. or more.
• FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles.
  • Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.
