Job DescriptionOur client in the healthcare space is seeking a Graphic Designer to join their team. This will be a hybrid position in Meridian, ID and will start as a 12 month contract plus possible extensions. This individual will be responsible for the concept, design, and development of web, print, and support materials. This individual uses creativity and direction from written or spoken ideas to convert into images, layout, and other designs, evolving into creative solutions.
To be considered for this opportunity, you have:
Experience: 3 years' digital, print design, or related experience
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Fine Art, Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field;or equivalent work experience (Two years' relevant work experience is equivalent to one-year college)
In this role, we will ask you to:
Conceptualize, create, and produce graphics including but not limited to layouts, social media graphics, infographics, presentation decks, branding, brochures, fliers, newsletters, templates, digital and physical ads. Shape the visual aspects of multiple websites, campaign materials, branding, and more.
Demonstrate proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
Determine size and arrangement of material, copy, and artwork while adhering to brand and style guidelines. Review final layouts and suggests improvements.
Create, manage, and maintain design files, including stock and custom-created graphics, illustrations and logos. Keep brand guidelines and asset libraries structured and easily accessible to facilitate coordination among designers and partners.
Interpret the needs of the internal/external client and how to uniquely create and portray graphics.
Develop innovative graphic design that positions our company, brand, and products in the most effective way possible.
Collaborate with editorial staff and fellow designers to create compelling material.
Collaborate with key business partners to execute brand identities across touchpoints.
Participate in brainstorming and conceptual design discussions with project stakeholders and creative partners.
Create post-ready social media content in collaboration with the social media team.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
