What will you be doing?
Diagnose, repair, and maintain to ensure the proper operation of all electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic
equipment
Effective troubleshooting skills; must be able to systematically diagnose electrical and/or mechanical
problems
Perform routine preventive maintenance on plant machinery and equipment
Maintain necessary records/documents of maintenance work performed
Communicate effectively with employees, supervisors and managers in troubleshooting equipment and
machinery to ensure minimal equipment downtime and peak equipment efficiency.
Diagnose, repair, and maintain facility boiler system as well as all sub-systems
Adhere to good manufacturing practices (GMP) at all times: promptly reports all potential quality and food
safety hazards to management; complies with BDC food safety, quality programs, and regulatory
requirements

Positive, can-do attitude
Experience in welding, electrical, fabrication, or mechanical troubleshooting is required,
experience in all is preferred
