Check Patients in and out of office

Answer Phones

Scanning

Making appointments in EHR (ECW is the system we use )

Faxing In and Out

Inner Office Mail

Billing OCC Med

Taking patients copays , deductiables and balances

Deposits

Hours Monday- Friday 8-5
