Recruiter within the Human Resource Department for Mansfield Plumbing Products
LLC, a fast-growing and progressive manufacturer of ceramic ware headquartered
in Perrysville, Ohio. The workweek is Monday-Friday, 8 am–5 pm. The Primary
focus is full-cycle recruitment of potential employees, including screening,
interviewing, and performing hiring prerequisites. Will assist department
managers with HR and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be
motivated, have initiative, be organized, and able to multitask, demonstrate
dependability, and possess high confidentiality standards integral to the job.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
•
Recruiting candidates including reviewing resumes, carrying out phone screens,
plant tours with applicants, and conducting interviews
•
Processing successful candidates including initiating background check,
contacting the reference, and scheduling drug tests, and administering
placement assessments
•
Onboarding responsibilities will include scheduling orientations and conducting
new hire orientations and entering new hires into our Human Resources
management system.
•
Administrative support of various tasks including but not limited to process
mail, phone support, document production, job bid processing, entering data
into various spreadsheets and databases, report production, and responses to
employee questions regarding company benefits and programs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
•
College degree and/or equivalent experience
•
Self-accountable and the ability to multitask is critical
•
Exceptional communication and social skills necessary
•
Solid computer skills for communication, including social media
•
Experience with interviewing by phone and in-person
•
Familiarity with databases for electronic application and onboarding programs
