ManTech is seeking a Program Manager to join our SOCOM team supporting our growing Marine Corps programs in Fort Bragg, NC.

Preferred:
The preferred candidate contractor personnel to have five or more years of experience within the special operations or interagency communities with specific responsibilities within these primary areas:
- Special Warfare Training
- Operation or Strategic-level Mission Planning
- Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR)
- Analysis and Targeting
- Intelligence Collection
SME III (Physical Surveillance) shall have at least a high school diploma or equivalent certificate. Required training includes: formal training credentials as a graduate of a DoD service component physical surveillance course or interagency equivalent. In addition, SME III (Physical Surveillance) shall be a graduate of the Army Basic Instructor Course (ABIC), Special Operations Instructor Course (SOIC), Instructor Training Course (ITC), DoD equivalent, or interagency equivalent (must be verifiable by the training organization leadership) and shall possess a valid state driver's license without any prior felony convictions or a history of moving traffic violations within the last five years.
Minimum Background Experience Required:
• 10 years of operational and institutional experience in conducting or training physical surveillance in support of SOF or federal law enforcement.
• 5 years of operational experience conducting physical surveillance and familiarity with operational procedures within SOF or Special Missions Units (SMUs) in the USSOCOM or the Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC)
• 5 years of operational experience conducting advanced special reconnaissance operations or Close Target Reconnaissance (CTR) in direct support of military operations.
• 5 years of progressive experience in a special operations career management field, served in an assignment with direct support to joint special operations, or served in an interagency assignment with specific physical surveillance experience.
• Three years of experience within five years with the USSOCOM program of record equipment for Hostile Forces – Tagging, Tracking, and Locating (HF-TTL).
• Three years of experience within five years with the current USSOCOM program of record equipment for Tactical Audio-Visual Systems (TAVS).
• Three years of experience within five years with low-visibility communications and digital encryption techniques and practices.
• Ten years of experience conducting counter-surveillance.
• Three years of experience within five years with low-visibility communications and digital encryption techniques and practices.
The projected compensation range for this position is $74,800-$124,400. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
