Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Counterintelligence Analyst to join our team in Springfield, VA. This is an onsite position.

For all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license. Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Counterintelligence Analyst to join our team in Springfield, VA. This is an onsite position.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Conduct all source intelligence analysis, cyber analysis, counterintelligence analysis, and intelligence analysis for law enforcement.
- Triage data from anomalous events, as collected by approved User Activity Monitoring (UAM) Tool and elevate anomalous events of concern.
- Produce Insider Threat Referral Reports (e.g. investigative leads) to include; computer misuse and violations of policies, counterintelligence concerns, foreign influence, financial stressors, threats to self or others, and Continuous Evaluation (CE) adjudicative.
- Complete special analytical projects as directed and document all special projects activities via written products and reports.
- Access network monitoring, data analytics, and other tools, integrate available to decipher underlying trends and anomalies and discern obscure patterns and attributes found in the data.
- Develop and deliver professional briefings and reports.
- Participate in technical meetings and working groups to address issues related to computer security and vulnerabilities.
- 5-7 years of experience working with data analytics tools and databases (e.g. analyst notebook, etc.)
- Experience working with federal law enforcement, IC, cyber security or general law enforcement investigations or operations experience.
- Possess a High School Diploma or GED.
- Possess Bachelor’s degree or higher degree in a business, computer science, counterintelligence, criminal justice, engineering, fraud investigations, information technology, mathematics, or a scientific field.
- Active TS/SCI security clearance and ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI with polygraph.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
