We are looking for an enthusiastic and forward-thinking team member to join our engineering team and be at the forefront of innovation. As a core member, you will work with multi-domain autonomous systems, engage in rapid prototyping, and collaborate on a cross-functional team. You will play a pivotal role in the design, development, testing, experimentation, and deployment of those multi-domain autonomous systems. Your effort will go towards dramatically increasing the warfighter’s effectiveness through the application of cutting-edge drone technologies. Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team in Crane, IN.

This position is Hybrid.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Research, design, develop, and test electrical systems.
• Define customer needs and requirements.
• Work closely with highly collaborative cross-functional team.
• Contribute to Integrated Assessment Reports
• Iterative design.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• 7 to 9 years of experience.
• Experience modeling and simulating electrical systems.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiar with Agile principles.
  
  

Clearance Requirements:

• Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance prior to starting this position.
  
  

Physical Requirements:

• The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
