As the Recruiting and Onboarding Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of our talent acquisition efforts, responsible for crafting compelling job descriptions and engaging recruitment posts to attract top talent. Your keen eye for detail and understanding of our company culture will ensure that we find individuals who not only possess the necessary skills but also embody our S.H.A.R.P. core values.

From conducting informative orientations to providing personalized assistance in navigating our company benefits, you will set the stage for a smooth transition into their roles.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and refine job descriptions and recruitment materials to attract qualified candidates.
• Utilize various recruitment channels and strategies to source candidates.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Facilitate new hire orientations and assist in the completion of necessary paperwork.
• Serve as a point of contact for new hires, answering questions and providing guidance on company policies and benefits.
• Attend hiring events and create new opportunities for getting in front of job seekers. 
• Assist in the development and management of internship and apprenticeship programs.
• Collaborate with HR and department managers to ensure a seamless onboarding process.
• Travel to other properties as needed for team member engagement. 
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and onboarding.
• Assist in other HR functions as necessary. 

Other Skills, Abilities, Licenses or Certifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and mobile applications 
• Experience in using The Predictive Index a plus
• Valid Driver’s License

Education and Experience

• Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
