What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Assistant position at MANTL?
As an Executive Assistant You Will:
Be an integral part of ensuring MANTL runs and operates smoothly at the highest level. Working directly with our CEO and supporting other members of the C-Suite (CFO and CTO), to prioritize day to day travel, expenses and meeting schedules. This role will also support our VP of People with event planning as well as some office related tasks for our NYC HQ. You will have the opportunity to work across many different stakeholders and form impactful relationships with A-Players, building a better MANTL in the process.
About You:
- You pride yourself on working with the C-Level executives and management teams to prioritize meeting requests, managing complex and critical scheduling, prioritizing and organizing emails, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- You have exceptional organization skills and are able to coordinate travel arrangements, distribute schedules and agendas.
- You are an expense wiz with advanced experience working with Excel and G-Suite.
- You love playing the role as events manager and providing a lasting impression with not just our executives and teams but external guests as well.
- You are someone who upper management can trust with sensitive information.
We Are Looking For:
- 3 years of executive assistant experience supporting senior level executives and/or board of directors, preferably in the finance, fintech, or tech industries
- A bachelor’s degree and expertise with G-Suite applications is required
- Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- A high level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling confidential information
- The ability to adapt and pivot to changing requests and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A collaborative, team-oriented attitude is a must, where no task is too big or small
