Description

This position works with the quoting and engineering team supporting new product development from BOM routings through a successful transition to manufacturing by providing the tools required to build quality products safely and efficiently.  

Duties and Responsibilities

· Develop BOM through prints/ drawings and specification sheets.

· Coordination of revisions to drawings. 

· Create Operations sheets for manufacturing. 

· Lead new product introductions from design through manufacturing 

· Ownership of projects and products assigned. 

· Coordinate REV changes with internal stakeholders

· Coordinate REV changes through production and materials

Production Support

· Provide technical support to resolve assembly or quality-related problems. 

· Process design and improvement.

· Problem-solving

Records Management

· Records including REV changes, drawing requests for change, methods, and standard charges.  


Requirements

 Education and Qualifications

· Minimum of an associate degree or equivalent experience. 


Skills and Specifications

· Ability to read drawings, well-organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, ability to solve problems critically, comfortable working with hands-on tasks, excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in MS Office products.


Training Requirements

Proficiency is verified as part of an annual performance appraisal. If an employee’s performance appraisal is unsatisfactory re-training in specific areas may be applicable as determined by management.
