As the Assembly Lead at our footswitch manufacturing facility, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production line.

Your primary responsibilities will involve coordinating job orders, overseeing the assembly process, resolving technical issues, and cultivating a collaborative work environment.

We are seeking an individual with keen attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities :

• Gather job orders and prepare them for production.
• Maintain and update the job status board to monitor progress and ensure timely completion.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues, supervisors, and managers to optimize workflow efficiency.
• Place orders for necessary materials and supplies from the warehouse to support production schedules.
• Perform assembly of final products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Identify and troubleshoot footswitch failures or technical issues during assembly.
• Provide training and guidance to team members to uphold consistent quality and productivity.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail throughout the assembly process.
• Utilize computer systems for job tracking, inventory management, and communication purposes.
