Core Duties:

SUPPLY CHAIN

· Comply with the Supply Chain Mapping Process.

· Book all ocean, rail, air, and ground transportation for both incoming and outgoing loads.

· Consignment Inventory - 1st and 15th of the Month.

· Track consignment inventory loads.

· Prepare Customer usage and expired inventory reports.

· Provide accurate HTS/tariff codes and other applicable information for US Customs entries.

· Provide timely and accurate documentation as requested from both internal and external customers.

· Impact the organization’s bottom-line results through the negotiation, implementation, and management of cost-effective contracts with ocean, rail, air, and ground carriers.

· Streamline process flow utilizing Lean Manufacturing or other continuous improvement.

· Enter logistics Purchase Orders.

· Product Lists.

· Load Plan Document Report.

· Manage supply chain/logistic portions of Administrative Assistant.

LOGISTICS

· Storage and organization of incoming loads to MNI warehouses.

· Palletization & shipment of customers from MNI warehouses.

· Implement 5S and other applicable warehousing organization programs at all MNI-US warehouses.

· Inventory Transfers.

ACCOUNTING

· Approve incoming sales orders for terms and profitability.

· Commercial Invoices and Packing Lists for Customs.

· International Accounts Payable.

Sub Core Duties

· Collaborate with all other MNI administrative staff.

· All other duties as required by Chief Operating Officer.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 - $77,000.00 per year
