Data Architect Lead

Job Title: Data Architect Principal

MAPFRE Insurance is seeking a highly accomplished Principal Architect to lead the development and implementation of enterprise-wide architecture strategies. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience in designing and developing cloud and on-premise solutions, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and mentoring architects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop internal architecture of cloud and on-premise solutions
• Integrate systems and technologies, including cloud and on-premise applications, databases, and technological platforms
• Manage IT policies, standards, and procedures
• Request, propose, review, and recommend modifications to cloud and on-premise technology specifications
• Design, evaluate, and improve cloud computing architecture
• Design blueprints for integrating data resources for business processes and functional support
• Meet information security objectives while using cloud tools and techniques
• Create and develop guiding principles and business architecture for the company
• Implement DevOps practices and tools to reduce time to deliver solutions and improve stability and reliability
• Design and implement event-driven architecture

This is a hybrid role located in Webster, Massachusetts, and requires a strong understanding of emerging technologies and trends to improve system performance and customer satisfaction.
