Community Support Specialist
Looking to do meaningful work helping Children and Families in the community by providing case management, and other therapeutic based community and in-home services?

Expected Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
About your Role:
- Provide crisis management and other essential life skills supportive services.
- Provide education around trauma and its effects on children and families.
- Provide information and contacts for community resources.
- Provide trauma informed care principles and psychoeducation based around life skills, parenting, and healthy relationship, etc.
- Collaboration with all case representative at the county level
- Supervision around quality and timely documentation and outreach efforts
- Working a flexible yet consistent schedule to help with family and individual needs.
- Working in a team atmosphere
- Free supervision toward licensure
Does the Following Apply to You?
- High School Diploma or equivalency required. Further coursework or education (Bachelors) in human services related field preferred.
- Six (6) months preferred relevant experience
- Knowledge of local agencies and other community resources that may serve youth, families, and foster care services.
- Proof of valid Driver License with clean driving record, as well as valid auto insurance
- Ability to pass fingerprinting and background checks
