MARA is looking for an organized and forward-thinking Executive Assistant for our Founder and CEO. Responsibilities include managing calendars, taking detailed meeting notes, aiding departments with product development, marketing and social, and completing daily administrative and operations tasks. Applicants must have strong communication, writing and customer service skills, be detail-oriented and well organized. Must be able to juggle many hats and enjoy working for a start-up with lots of room to grow with the company.
