The QA Analyst is member of the Software Engineering team. The individual performing this position will problem solve to verify that our software is developed to the defined requirements. The primary focus of the position will be on testing the patient portal and mobile application.

The QA Analyst is member of the Software Engineering team. The individual performing this position will problem solve to verify that our software is developed to the defined requirements. The primary focus of the position will be on testing the patient portal and mobile application.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders on software projects.
- Execute in depth software testing, tracks issues and determine if system requirements have been met.
- Document test cases, test results, and release notes.
- Support User Acceptance Testing and provide assistance as needed.
- Provide support for software releases and hot fixes.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree
- 0-2 years experience in a related field is desired
- Experience testing within a technical development environment on complex business application
- Knowledge of Jira or other bug reporting systems; Internet software and Microsoft Office
- Experience testing Mobile Applications
