POSITION SUMMARY:
The Marketing Analyst facilitates the execution and analyzes ampm Franchise programs in support of improving brand image, store performance, and ampm marketing programs. This individual will have the opportunity to interact with field teams, vendors, and key business partners. The position is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter, proficient in Microsoft Suite (Tableau, Power BI and Salesforce knowledge is a plus), and a willingness to learn and support both internally developed and third-party programs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manages, implements, and reports on key programs that support the delivery of the Direct Dealer business. Includes the management of program budgets, invoice processing and the purchase requisition process.
- Supports the delivery of various communications to the Direct Dealer network and field operations teams. This includes updates and management of a third-party content platform.
- Develops various tools that measure the compliance of promotional activities.
- Manages annual Direct Dealer events including selection of venues, program management, development of agendas, collaborating with event planning vendor and leadership team.
- Creates reporting metrics and analyzes data to inform business decisions and the sales organization.
- Collaborates with key business personnel, the law team, business partners and vendors.
- Manages and/or supports various projects as assigned and looks for business improvement opportunities.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience required, including experience supporting marketing programs.
- Strong Microsoft Suite skills including PowerPoint and Excel.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Power BI experience preferred.
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Fully competent, experienced professional; able to carry out range of professional duties.
- Demonstrates in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge.
- Solves complex problems.
- Self-sufficient; works independently, receives minimal guidance.
