Be a part of the operations of a company with a great local presence. The products you will be working with are found on store shelves and homes across the country. We are hiring immediately!
There is no experience required!!! We have had former manufacturing workers, production personnel, administrative staff, retail associates, servers, and many more successfully join the Marathon team.
Pay Rates: Day Shift - Earn $18.00 per hour; Night Shift - Earn up to $19.00 per hour (these rates include the earned attendance bonus)
Team Member Benefits:
- On-the-job training and an onboarding program that continues on through a new hire’s initial 30 days.
- Rotating shifts that allow team members to only work 15 days out of the month (12-hour shifts.)
- 8 hours of overtime every other week (4 day week) - as needed
