Marathon is Hiring Immediately reliable general laborers to work in Pallet Production Line at a local lumber company located in Riverside CA, and a leading manufacturer in its markets. Learn new skills, meet new people, and work with a great management team.

Job Details:

• This is a great temp-to-hire opportunity!
• 1st Shift & 2nd Shift: Monday to Friday (40-50 hours per week) and Saturdays may be required, depending on work volume.
• Pay: Starting at $16.00 per hour up to $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Fits parts together in accordance with instructions and in accordance with quality standards.
• Operates nail gun and hand tools as required to complete the assembly process.
• Stacks completed products in accordance with established procedures, and if required, may cover, label, and band components/finished product.
• Performs other duties as assigned

Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to work in a safe manner
• Demonstrates ability to follow specific instructions and directions
• Demonstrate ability to use and operate hand tools and pneumatic
• Punctual and reliable
